Testing

We don't blanket test applicants. Instead we have a four part process that incorporates delving in to that core knowledge of being a Bookkeeper.

We're Looking For Your A Player

We have a Four Part Interview Process: Screening, Top Grading, Focused, and Reference.

You Have Options

You can choose a Direct Hire or you can choose the 90 Day Intro Period, which includes our monitoring of work performance.

We're not done there, we're still there after the hire for 90 days to review your reports to ensure accuracy and to meet with you and your new hire to ensure the Employment Match was a great fit.
